He/she assumes responsibility for all maintenance operations at the property. This includes personnel supervision, budgeting and day to day maintenance concerns (turnover and work orders). On-call duties are a possibility. He/she plays a vital role in our customer service program.

• Develops and institutes preventative maintenance and inspection programs with the Property Manager to protect the asset and extend the mechanical life of property equipment.
