Arnold E. Galman, President,
who founded the company in 1980, is a true
entrepreneur. His original goals - to start
his own portfolio with strong cash flow - have
guided the company.
Arnie's strengths are his ability
to identify properties with a strong upside potential,
his diligent analysis of every potential investment,
his goal-oriented attitude and his unflagging
perseverance.
He is a graduate of Pennsylvania
State University and attended Delaware Law School.

of The Galman Group's properties. He supervises
new construction, renovation projects, property
maintenance and materials purchasing. He manages
property personnel, on-site maintenance crews
and contracted services. His proficiency in
budget-conscious property enhancement is invaluable
in reaching ownership goals. A graduate of
the University of Miami, he serves on the board
of the Philadelphia chapter of the American
Heart Association. |

is a bottom-line oriented
CPA with a master's degree in taxation. Formerly
with a national accounting firm, he has been
a member of The Galman Group's senior management
team since 1988. Sam's ability to analyze an
asset and lower operation costs through economies
of scale makes him a key figure in creating
value in investments. He has a bachelor's degree
from Temple University and a master's from
Villanova University. Sam serves on the board
of Federation Housing and is Chairman of the
investing committee of his synagogue. Additionally,
he is on the Real Estate Committee of the Jewish
Federation of Greater Philadelphia. |

was president of a subsidiary
of CoreStates Financial Corporation. Bill's
training as an AMS and his detail-oriented,
hands-on attitude make him ideally suited for
supervising the condominium associations and
fee-management projects for The Galman Group.
An alumnus of Syracuse University, he is active
with the Boy Scouts of America, Rosemont Villanova
Youth Athletics and the Community Association
Institute.

Brian joined The Galman Group
in 1995, after earning a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration at Philadelphia
University. While attending college he worked
for an investment bank located in Center City
Philadelphia. His focus on acquisitions and
management of over one million square feet
of commercial real estate piqued his interest
in real estate as a career. Upon joining The
Galman Group, Brian has learned through hands-on
experience every aspect of the apartment business.
He has worked his way up at The Galman Group
starting as a Leasing Agent, and then moving
up to Assistant Property Manager, Property
Manager, Regional Property Manager, and now
Director of Property Management. It is a direct
result of this multi-faceted experience that
Brian is able to recognize and realize each
unique Galman Property's full potential. Brian
is a director on the board of the Apartment Association
of Greater Philadelphia and is very active in the American
Red Cross. Brian also holds the CAM accreditation
for Property Management. |

Louis joined The Galman Group
in 2002 with 15 years of experience in Property
Management. With his extensive experience in
Conventional and Affordable housing, he has
worked for such national companies as First
Winthrop, Insignia, and AIMCO. Louis has been
involved in all aspects of Property Management
and has held many various positions from Director
of Property Services, Property Manager and
now Regional Property Manager. Louis holds
the ARM and CAM accreditations for Property
Management and with his many years of hands
on experience is a welcome addition to our
Management Team. In his leisure time, Louis
is an avid sports fan and manages to umpire
in many youth leagues for the NEPL organization. |

Don has been in the property
management business for 26 years. Through the
years he has supervised several apartment communities
while earning several certifications relating
to property maintenance. He joined The Galman
Group in 2002 as a Maintenance Supervisor and
has advanced to Director of Maintenance. Don
now oversees the maintenance department for
over 25 properties. His focus provides our
residents with the best quality maintenance
available and a place where our residents are
proud to call home. Don also holds the seat
as Chairperson for the Safety Committee. He
has served proudly in the US. Army and enjoys
helping with several charities. |

Danielle Giordano began her property management career in 1999 with Korman Communities following a 10 year career in retail management. In 2002 she joined The Galman Group as property manager and was promoted to regional property manager in 2007. Her professional success can be attributed, in part, to her ability to develop strong management teams and to her commitment to fostering a collaborative working environment.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with a concentration in advertising from Temple University. She has also successfully completed all coursework required to take the Pennsylvania Real Estate exam and is actively pursing licensure.
Danielle believes strongly in the importance of community and public service. She previously served on the development board for the fashion marketing program at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Currently she serves on the board of the East Norriton Township Planning Commission, a position that allows her to take an active role in shaping the growth and development of the community where she lives. |
