Maintenance
Technician |

He/she assumes responsibility
for the completion of all service orders, preventative
maintenance and emergency on-calls. He/she plays
an integral role with the Maintenance Supervisor
in participating in resident retention programs. |
|
Must be high school
graduate or possess equivalency. At least six months
of prior apartment maintenance staff experience is
required. |
