He/she assumes responsibility
for assisting the Property Manager in the direction
of day to day business operations and the Leasing
Agent in leasing units. He/she plays a vital role
in our customer service program. |
|
BS/BA degree a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills,
computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures
are necessary. |
|
The Assistant Property
Manager works closely with the Property Manager to
oversee the day-to-day operation of the community,
including leasing, collections, resident services,
maintenance, administration, and policy and procedures
compliance. Responsibilities: Oversee and participate
in achieving the communitys income and occupancy
goals through on-going marketing and leasing efforts,
aggressive renewal programs, and full exploitation
of alternate revenue generating sources. The Assistant
Property Manager is responsible for complying with
all state, federal and/or local laws relating to
Fair Housing. |
