He/she assumes responsibility for assisting the Property Manager in the direction of day to day business operations and the Leasing Agent in leasing units. He/she plays a vital role in our customer service program.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree a plus. Effective verbal and written communication skills, computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the community, including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, administration, and policy and procedures compliance. Responsibilities: Oversee and participate in achieving the community’s income and occupancy goals through on-going marketing and leasing efforts, aggressive renewal programs, and full exploitation of alternate revenue generating sources. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
