December Open Board Meeting - Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 6:30pm.
The Board meets in executive session the 4th Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse. Meetings are open quarterly to the homeowners. Open meetings for 2008 will be March 27, June 26, Septeember 25 and December 18.

Effective October 1, 2007
Brookstone Condominium Association will be joining the Recycle Bank Program, which is being offered through George Leck & Son, Inc. New recycle containers containing a microchip identifying each individual unit and resident will be dropped off at each garage on or about October 1, 2007. Put ALL of your reycling -- newspapers, cardboard, bottles, plastic, aluminum cans, etc -- into the container, which will be picked up and weighed once a week. Residents will receive cash credits and discounts at dozens of participating retailers based upon the weight of their recycling. The more you recycle, the more credits and discounts you receive!

Do not call to opt out of this program at this time. Residents who do not wish to participate will be given an opportunity to try it first, and then return the recycle bank container if they do not wish to continue.
